Homemade Caesar Sauce

Caesar Sauce

INGREDIENTS


· 70ml of olive oil

· 1 egg yolk

· Juice of 1/2 lemon

· 1 garlic

· 4 anchovies

· 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

· 1 tsp Dijon mustard

· Salt and Pepper

· 50g of Parmesan cheese



ELABORATION


1- Start by peeling and chopping the garlic and then pour it into a blender along with the egg yolk, oil, and lemon juice. Blend it with the hand blender, stirring constantly until emulsified.


2- Now we chop the anchovies, grate the cheese and add everything to our container as well as the Worcestershire sauce and mustard, season to taste and blend everything again until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
