Homemade Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

· 200ml of fried tomato
· 1 onion
· 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
· 100ml of olive oil
· 4 tsp white wine vinegar
· 2 tbsp soy sauce
· 3 tbsp ketchup
· 1 tsp Dijon mustard
· 1/2 tbsp of paprika from La Vera
· 1/2 tbsp spicy paprika
· 2 tbsp of honey
· 1/2 tsp oregano
· 50ml of water
· Salt and Pepper
ELABORATION:
1- We start by cutting the onion into small pieces and in a pan over heat
medium-high, pour the oil along with the onion and stir until well cooked.
2- Now turn off the heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, honey, soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar. Stir well until smooth.
3- Return to medium-high heat and add the tomato sauce, water, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until it thickens and reduces slightly.
4- Next, transfer our sauce to a blender and blend it a little with the hand blender to create a smooth sauce. Now you can enjoy your:
