English Fudge

INGREDIENTS:


· 400g of condensed milk

· 500g of chocolate (I chose milk chocolate)

· 75g of butter

· 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence



ELABORATION:


1- We start by cutting the chocolate and butter into pieces, we also take baking paper and place it in a square mold of about 20cm.


2- Now, heat a saucepan over medium heat and pour in the condensed milk along with the chopped chocolate and butter. Stir everything well and continuously until you have a smooth, even mixture.


3- Next, remove from the heat and add the vanilla essence and continue stirring until it thickens.


4- The next step is to pour our mixture into the mold and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or until it solidifies.


5- Once the time has passed, remove it from the refrigerator and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Now you can enjoy your:
