INGREDIENTS:

· 170g of chocolate chips
· 75g of white sugar
· 100g of brown sugar
· 1 egg
· 1 splash of vanilla essence
· 225g of flour
· Salt
· 115g of butter
· 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
· 1 tablespoon of yeast
ELABORATION:
1- In a bowl, mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture.
2- Next, add the egg along with the vanilla essence and continue mixing.
3- Continue with the dry ingredients. Sift the flour and cornstarch together, and add a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough is ready.
4- Add the chocolate chips and continue mixing.
5- Form balls of about 40 grams. Before baking, it's recommended to refrigerate them for 1 hour or freeze them for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 185°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat.
6- Once the balls are cold, place the tray in the oven with baking paper, separating the balls and not flattening them, for about 14 minutes.
7- Once ready, we let them cool and we can enjoy our:
